Returns + Exchanges

For hygienic reasons, returns and exchanges are not allowed for jewelry. Refunds for jewelry are also not permitted as each item is made on demand. If an item has broken, you must email a photo of the broken item and your order number, within 14 days, and another will be made and dispatched to you for free. Refunds will also not be permitted for any digital services. For all other items (apparel, home, etc.), you may return or exchange 14 days after receiving your order. At this time, free return shipping is not offered. Be sure to return your items using a service in which you can track your orders. All questions and concerns should be sent to, in which you will receive a response within 2 business days.
